We accept at checkout: (1) cash on delivery in ₪ when your vendor and route support it; (2) credit or debit card as a one-time charge via Grow (Meshulam)'s secure hosted page when card checkout is enabled for your address and vendor — not stored in the app, not a wallet top-up. Optional courier tip at checkout (100% to the courier). We do not accept at launch: WaPoi balance, wallet top-up, Bit, or corporate card. WaPoi shows balance and activity only; Crown points are loyalty — not prepaid money.

An order moves through pending → accepted → preparing → ready → picked up → delivered. The vendor accepts once your payment clears and advances the order up to "picked up"; the courier owns the final "delivered" step. An order can be cancelled by either side while it is still early (awaiting payment or vendor acceptance).

When your order is marked ready, a local VantyGo courier is assigned — automatically or by dispatch — collects it from the vendor, and delivers it to your address. You see a live ETA and a masked courier snapshot (name, status, and a masked phone), never the courier's full personal details. For cash on delivery, the courier collects payment at the door.

Apply at /become-a-vendor with your business details, optionally verify your identity, and our team reviews the application before activating your store. Active vendors get a live order board, VantyGo dispatch, weekly payouts, and a fair published commission of 8.4%–25%. There is no wholesale or B2B supply-ordering flow — VantyGo is your storefront and delivery layer.

VantyGo is live now in Tur'an and Bu'eine Nujeidat, with nine more northern towns — including Karmiel, Kiryat Shmona, and the Golan Druze villages — rolling out next. Delivery zones are configured per area, so availability depends on your exact address and the vendors near you.
