Fulfillment modes · VantyGo

How VantyGo custom delivery is fulfilled — the two public protocols: Pickup-Only (courier collects a paid order) and Shop-and-Pay (courier buys for you).

The process, end to end

  1. Sign in and open custom delivery from the homepage or the profile menu.
  2. Choose your protocol: Pickup-Only or Shop-and-Pay.
  3. Add pickup and drop-off stops — up to three of each.
  4. Describe the items so the courier knows exactly what to collect or buy.
  5. Review the summary — delivery fee, platform fee, wait-time terms, and (for Shop-and-Pay) the item estimate — before you confirm.
  6. Pay and track the mission live in My orders until it is handed to you.

Fulfillment — questions & answers

What does the courier do in Pickup-Only?

Collects an item that is already paid for — or one you are sending — at the pickup stop and delivers it to the drop-off address. The courier never pays at the register in this protocol.

How does payment work in Shop-and-Pay?

You may see a one-time card pre-authorization for the estimated total plus a buffer, through Grow's secure hosted flow where enabled. The final charge matches the real store receipt within that frame — never an in-app wallet charge.

Can one mission mix both protocols?

No — each mission runs on exactly one protocol. If you need both, start two missions; each shows its own fees before you confirm.

Where do the protocols run?

Inside VantyGo's coverage towns. If an address is outside an active zone, the wizard blocks checkout before you pay — you are never charged for an impossible mission.
